北方稀土：稀土精矿交易定价机制运行稳定，子公司2024年上半年磁性材料产量同比增长32.35%
10月31日消息，北方稀土披露投资者关系活动记录表显示，公司与包钢股份稀土精矿交易定价机制按照公司2023年第一次临时股东大会通过的《关于稀土精矿日常关联交易定价机制暨2022年度执行及2023年度预计的议案》执行，目前，该定价机制运行稳定。并购重组的包头市中鑫安泰磁业有限公司主要从事高纯稀土金属生产及销售，具备3300吨稀土镨钕金属、3700吨稀土镧铈金属产能。《稀土管理条例》有利于稀土资源的保护性开发，有望激发行业创新活力，推动稀土行业新质生产力的蓬勃发展。子公司内蒙古北方稀土磁性材料有限责任公司具备年产9万吨磁性材料生产能力，2024年上半年磁性材料产量约为2.78万吨，同比增长32.35%。
